A visit of Agbogbloshie is a masterpiece of Accra... It's part of the big central Accra market of Makola. One can find everything and anything there, starting with coloquint containers:

Towards to difficult community of Sodom & Gomorrah, a lot of people recycling iron can be found. In fact, Ghana is a prime place worldwide to recycle all sorts of dangerous and polluting devices (TVs, fridges, computers, etc.) and take whatever can be recycled... It ends up as coal stoves, barbecue grills, etc.:
This worker prepares stoves. He is in an area where last week some violent events took place between two Northern tribes, echoing a long conflict that takes place in the Northern part of Ghana:
A bicycle shop:
These carts are found everywhere in the city. Guys manipulating it offer their services to carry goods. Next to the yam market, they naturally carry yams (GHc 1 or € 0.4 for this load on the picture). But we'll find them also touring the city looking for iron? Sometimes, a whole rusty old car can be loaded in it!
