Here is the complete Fournier family who came back for the week-end to be able to meet us since we had missed the big meeting of 13th, July... 
Eric & Geneviève prepared an "éclade" for the occasion, consisting in a layer of well-arranged mussles on a wooden board, cooked with pin thorns lit after being displayed on top of the shells. A typical dish from Charente enjoyed with a glass of white wine, bread and butter!
