Romain on field

Here are a few pics n what I do on field, what my work looks like... For once, having my colleagues with me on field enabled me not to hold the camera !
Here is a first portrait with the little girl of one of our partners (=beneficiaries).

We operate our schemes through groups. Here is a gathering is the area of Nima, a predominantly Muslim area that gathered increasing number of deprived people during the 80's and the 90's. It is the place of ne of our biggest branches.

Still in Nima, interacting with partners is the best way to understand their problems and design the best possible products (i.e. loans, savings, trainings on social of business topics, etc.) to help these families uplift themselves.

Another group of women from Nima, most of whom coming from the Sahel region (Northern Ghana, Burkina Faso, etc.)

The group of women looks very engrossed in what's happening. This picture was taken in Kwahieman, another area of Accra. Many groups like this one gather in churches.

And in case you doubt it, be sure he's still knocking! :)
