Walvis Bay was initially a Bristish enclave in the German colony of South-West Africa. The city doesn't have the charm of Swakopmund but has other interests...

There are in the bay some of the largest colonies of seals whom can be easily visited by boat. We took one of them and discovered the bay, receiving several visits of friendly seals:

On ground, a baby pelican, used to humans, has a harsh breath to accomodate with... Definitely eats a lot of fish!
Better keep Advita in the arms, the whole head of the poor little darling disapeared in the gigantic beak!
